More and more refreshing morning

Surprisingly, it was getting more and more refreshing in the morning.


Before meditation, I was stressed over small things.

As a result, I always treated my family, friends, and acquaintances with a negative attitude.

Once upon a time, I had panic attacks and I went to the emergency room.

However, during meditation that I participated in this time, my mind and body were getting more refreshing and lighter.

My head was also getting clearer.

Actually, I slept too much in the morning.

So I realized that I could not do morning practicing normally without drowsiness.

And from then on, I intensively discarded images of me who like to sleep and lie down.

Miraculously, the morning became more and more refreshing.

Since morning, I was able to meditate normally without drowsiness.

I thought that this images were really thrown away and my habits were changed in an instant.

My willingness was getting rapidly improved to get rid of it.

So I subtracted not only my drowsiness but also my favorite drinks and games, and then, there was no more such an attachment.

So it was really good.

In fact, there was no such thing as negative or positive.

But I always had my judgement to others.

After meditation, I realized that my mind was a big universe mind that could accommodate everything.

And the big universe mind that could accommodate everything was just positive.

So I thought that I could live positively with this big heart.

And I thought I had to do practice of meditation to the end.

I really appreciated it to everyone who helped with practicing.
