How to live no worry
When I first met this meditation, I did not know anything about it and just started.
It was really grateful and thankful for me to practice meditation without thoughts.
First of all, I found out that myself was a fake and I knew I was in my own world.
So I was very happy.
At the end of the day, I sat down and looked back on what had happened today.
When I threw away myself, I was happy and satisfied because I felt that I was moving towards the Truth little by little.
Time went by, my talking was reduced, I felt at ease and my worries were gone.
It felt like new myself was being created instead of who I was before.
It was good to feel satisfied and I could fill with happiness in my heart.
My perspective on how I saw my children and family was changed at home.
It was just a pity that the time had gone by.
So I thought that maybe I should do something more.
