How can I overcome too much thinking and act immediately?


When I tried to start my job, it was actually difficult to get into action.

I always could feel that something blocked me and I was isolated from what I wanted. 

Whenever I had to concentrate on what I needed to do, my thinking really wandered around somewhere that I wanted to be more pleasant than to focus on what I should do.

Usually, my mind manipulated me into procrastinating and made me more and more thoughts which is something sweet so that I could not concentrate on.  

From now on I realized that I am inside my mind world, not in the real world.

When I knew that I could not overcome something wrong and some blockages, I really tried to read books which mentioned about spiritual talks and I watched YouTube to do Meditation

However, there are still some barriers that kept me from what I wanted to do. 

It was more difficult whenever I tried to change or break it.

So I did not yet know how to resolve it. 

and I really diligently heard what others said and read books to release my problems.

But still I was not being able to do anything anymore. 

I could feel that my thoughts made the more thoughts and I could not do what I wanted to do.

But there is no exact method to overcome my mind when I was stuck.

Still my thoughts blocked me to stay in this present moment.

So finally, I recognized that I am inside my own mind world, not in the real world.

So when I started meditation, I could eliminate myself more deeply because I knew these are all pictures and my thoughts in my own mind.

I took pictures of the world and all my pictures that I wanted to possess in my own mind.

But sometimes it was very confusing because it was a perfect copy of the world which overlapped the real world.

And I could know that my thoughts was blocking me from my true life. 

I could not live in the false world as it is.

So I had to try to get rid of all my pictures and thoughts with meditation methods.

Now, I could do naturally whatever I want without any thinking.

After I looked back on myself deeply, I could see what is blocking me.

And I could live in this moment and not within my thoughts anymore. 

I was really thankful for this method. 

Now finally, I was able to go with nature flow.
