Good bye my 7 years insomnia!
I tried insomnia medication, but it didn't get better.
I even signed up for a gym because exercise makes me sleep better and I went to the shopping center and wandered around the morning market until dawn.
But my sleep cycle didn't change.
During suffering 7 years insomnia, an acquaintance introduced me to Meditation and through meditation, I let go of the economic pressure and anxiety that had been filling my head.
Actually, when I lay down on the bed, my worries appear with their tails on their tails.
But the more I let it go, the more it disappeared.
After about a month, my mind became lighter and I started to fall asleep.
After two months, the headache completely disappeared.
My sensitive personality has softened and it felt like complicated thoughts were all sorted out.
By waking up fresh and eating breakfast regularly, the stomach is also getting strong.
No matter how busy I was, I dropped by the center on the way home from work and I wrap up and let my mind for that day go.
If I empty the clutters in my head, it's good that I could sleep soundly as long as I sleep.
Now it seems like an energetic person and sometimes others talked to me about I am getting diligent.
Meditation made me who was helpless healthier morning person.
The more I let go of my mind, the more I realize the importance of subtracting my mind.
