Before doing Meditation, I was terrified of something that was never going to happen.
But now,
that symptom has significantly decreased.
There are various reasons for anxiety, but In my case, I thought I was exaggerating the reality.
And I was always anxious because I thought too much
After meditation, however, those thoughts diminished and I was able to see reality a little more clearly.
Actually, too get rid of anxiety, I've read a lot of self-help books and books about self-esteem and I did religious activities also and in the article, it was said that if you face reality and live in reality, we could live a lot happier.
By the way, there were always questions "How am I supposed to face reality?".
These are very good words but for me, this part was like a chaos which was a huge hole that was not filled anyway.
I think that now I know a little bit about the answer to that question.
While doing meditation, I could see a lot of things that I had built up in my mind for many years.
Because the mind lived in these complications, it was always dark and I only had bad thoughts.
Throwing them away one by one, gradually I was able to get out of it and I could feel that there was a bright and clean big heart.
When you look at the world with such a big heart, I felt a little more comfortable and convinced that I would be okay and those feelings gave me confidence.
Meditation gave me the freedom from the anxious me of the past and the courage to take on new challenges
So after taking online classes, I got a license so that is why, I was able to move my job anywhere I wanted and by transferring to college, I was also studying what I wanted to do.
Thank you for this miraculous time that came to me.
And today also as I look back and subtract, I will try to challenge for the new myself.
