The World Is As You See It, Just As It Exists


Many people believe that there are people in the world with rare abilities such as flying, walking on water, travelling over long distances within a short space of time, or some other supernatural ability.

People are full of delusions.

Some people believe that someone will come to the world on a cloud, or that a dead person will come back to the world from heaven. 

Only man lives with these kinds of delusional thoughts because he has delusions in his mind.

The Truth is the world just as you see it, just as it exists. 

A person cannot fly because he does not have wings. 

He does not have any special powers and he cannot perform miracles. 

Everything lives and dies in the way that people have been placed in the world according to the universal order of nature. 



However, a person who has been born with the Soul and Spirit of the Universe will live eternally in the world of the Universe.

This is true.

A true miracle is to make what is false become what is true. 

Everything that is made and everything that exists, is made and exists through its karmic ties. 

What was formed to simply just be formed will just live according to the way it was formed and its shape. 

It will live according to its surrounding conditions.

The way to the Truth is not about gaining something that benefits oneself or about gaining special abilities. 

It is about eliminating one’s self, and getting to know the Universe as it is. 

It is about knowing that the Universe is alive. 

Only one who been born into the Truth will not try to gain abilities or perform miracles. 

One will not pretend to know about supernatural things, which are in any case incorrect.

My anger and annoyance

I realized that I was packaging myself as a nice and good person. After practicing meditation, the biggest change was that the anger, annoyance, and worry that I had always had in my heart had disappeared. When something upset me or hurt my heart, I pondered over and over again and I couldn't control my anger and sadness every time. Looking back on my 47 years of life... Having lived 47 years, it was the first time I looked back at me for such a long time. I thought I lived well during my childhood, elementary school days, middle school, etc. But when I looked back on my life that I had lived until now, every moment, it was full of desires that I hoped for, and fulfilled. The positive changes brought about by the hardships of my insomnia To overcome insomnia, I started this meditation. My most changed appearance after Meditation was if time permitted, I could sleep for 10 hours now. Sometimes insomnia came back, but drinking a can of beer and reading a book made me fall asleep immediately. Another thing was that it had become very positive. Before, negative thoughts hung around a lot. So I used to indulge in those negative thoughts. But now I knew that these negative thoughts were pictures of my remembered mind. So I tried to throw it away and it finally got thrown away. So I cut off the tail of negative thoughts. And I didn't fall into self-pity. Lastly, I was grateful to my family, my workplace, this meditation, and all the teachers. So everyone around me became pretty. My students had become much cuter and lovable than before. And even my dissatisfied family became prettier. So it seemed that the ordeal of insomnia eventually gave me a new path. ...
